CMPM provided project and cost management services for the relocation of Acino’s regional headquarters from Dubai Healthcare City to a larger premises at Dubai Science Park.
The project was undertaken within a design and build framework, with an accelerated programme. We ensured that the project was successfully completed within the agreed 90-day timeline, with a marginal increase to the original budget, as a result of Client additional scope.
