CMPM provided project and cost management services for the relocation of BCD Travel’s local headquarters from Ittihad Building, Deira to the newly established M-Square Building in Al Mankhool, Dubai.
The project was undertaken within a design and build framework, and comprised amalgamating all offices on the 3rd floor, including the common corridors, into one large office space. We ensured that the project was successfully completed within the agreed timeline and budget, enabling BCD Travel to occupy their new office ahead of the new year.
