CM Project Management supported our design partner, JPA Design, and fit-out contractor, DesignFit, with project supervision services for the renovation of the DIFC Courts, located at The Gate District in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Celebrating its 20-year anniversary in 2024, the DIFC Courts is the region’s first English language common law courts jurisdiction and the pre-eminent jurisdiction of choice for complex transnational commercial disputes. Powered by cutting-edge digital infrastructure, DIFC Courts is now the region’s first fully integrated smart judicial facility.
The project was executed under a Design & Build framework and completed successfully within a 4-month timeframe.
