CM Project Management provided project and cost management services for FiNEX Handcrafted Flooring’s first retail establishment in the GCC, situated at the Art of Living Mall, Dubai.
Our services included Design Coordination, Tender Management, Contract Preparation, Negotiations and Contractor Award.
The store was strategically organized into two primary sections: the public sales area and the rear section comprising a consultation room along with two administrative rooms. The public sales area features a prominent showcase counter, meticulously crafted with brass finishes and glass tanks, serving as the focal point of the showroom. Complementing the centerpiece is a brass rotatable showcase, and walls cladded with flooring samples to represent the diverse range of flooring merchandise offered by the client.
