CM Project Management provided project and cost management services for the beach club venue Gallery 7/40, located at The Club, Palm Beach West, Palm Jumeirah. Our scope included the coordination and approval of the ceiling structural slab opening to facilitate the installation of a new feature staircase for rooftop access.The design was inspired by Antoni Gaudi and the villages of ancient Greece with imperfections throughout. The venue doubles up as an art gallery, showcasing some finer pieces of art from around the world. The dining is inspired by its location on the Palm Beach West and the Mediterranean.
