CM Project Management provided project and cost management services for the new Poison Drop flagship GCC retail outlet, located at Dubai Hills Mall.
Poison Drops discovers talented jewelry designers from all around the world and assembles their best jewelry— from the cult pieces to the items ushering in global trends on a single platform.
The retail space is divided into several parts; front of house sales area, back of house DHA approved piercing and consultation studio, VIP sales area, and an ‘Instagrammable’ studio.
Our role was to bring this fantastic concept to life, covering all technical aspects from engineering, landlord, and authority approvals whilst maintaining the aesthetics and core values of Poison Drop.
